She has lived and still does at times, with the fear of not being good enough and procrastinating on her dreams because of it.

She read the books, took the courses, hired the coach but was just left feeling overwhelmed, over-worked, stressed and burnt out.

Elisa Marie, CEO and Founder of Fempreneurz, is a Marketing Strategist and Success Coach, specializing in helping female entrepreneurs unleash the queen within, show their true power and fulfill their purpose, with her unique coach and do method.

As a holistic therapist and beauty salon owner, Elisa truly understands the struggles women go through getting their voice heard above the social media crowd and after building her own business, alongside, working in various industries, creating systems, training programs and courses, she discovered her true passion. As well as, holistic health, beauty and personal development, Elisa’s light shone brightly when helping women to plan, systemise and grow their own business through marketing. Whilst Elisa now specializes in working with female entrepreneurs in the health, beauty and holisitic industry, she has previously produced successful marketing strategies, systems, training manuals and marketing content for:

As a mother of four, Elisa made her first leap into self-employment by becoming an Avon sales leader and Ann Summers unit organizer, working most evenings, allowing her to enjoy the days with her children before they went to school. After the youngest, twins Chloe & Kyle, went to school, Elisa then re-opened and successfully grew a local convenience store which, after a year of working long hours, seven days a week was sold. Elisa then moved on to set up two further businesses in property management and residential & commercial cleaning. In 2010, after overcoming illness and the businesses folding, Elisa and her husband decided it was time for a change. Having always loved the coast and countryside, the family moved from Manchester to Scarborough, where everyone thrived in their new life, making many memories with their horses Ellie, Heidi & Charlie and dogs Sheba, Romeo & Leo. In 2012, having previously qualified as a Holistic Therapist, Elisa then went on to study a range of coaching, women’s health, beauty, marketing and mindset courses, whilst working as a sales and marketing manager, creating training programs for employees, before finally listening to her soul’s callings and launching ‘those big crazy ideas’ she’d had for almost 20 years.

My passion and drive come from my own experiences of working in corporate management, creating easy to follow systems and training manuals for my department, starting, launching and growing my own business and the deep-seated belief that combining my passion for planning, training and organisation with my fascination of personal & business development has led me to my true purpose of helping others to create their own profitable, dream business.

On a more personal level, I am queen of the crazy bunch below and have a compulsive habit of pulling faces for photos, think it’s a bug and I caught it from my friend, Jill.

Mum to my four amazing children, Cara, Kieran, Chloe & Kyle (all adults now), wife of 20 years to my lovely jubbly hubby, Mark and nanna to my beautiful and gorgeous, just wanna squish her all the time, granddaughter Ava-Lea.

I love meditation, yoga, pilates, getting out in nature, horse-riding (fast), reading, learning new things, holistic development, caramel/hazelnut lattes, oracle cards and stationary. Actually, I am obsessed with stationary and have a particular addiction to anything that has dusky or pastel pink and rose gold in its design.

I also love exploring new places, creating memories with my family, going to festivals, spa treatments, eating out and trying new foods.

On the topic of food, I love cooking from scratch and my slow-cooker is the best appliance ever.

I love life with a passion, whatever it throws at me, I am embracing the lessons from every challenge, exploring every opportunity, and on a mission to help you do the same.
