That dream that you have, that vision or idea was given to you because you are the right person to give it life. You don’t have to know everything, so put down the 100th book you’ve read in an attempt to be the greatest before you’ve even begun. Telling yourself you need to be better at it before you start is just you procrastinating. It’s you letting fear and doubt take hold.

But you do have to get started to be great

It’s a clever disguise but that unnecessary excess of research is fooling no-one. You’re scared, you’re taking a big step out of your comfort zone and if you mess it up, it’s all on you. What do you think standing still is?

That’s you messing up in the worse possible way.

Don’t take that step towards your dreams, your purpose, stay where you are standing on the edge of your comfort zone and soon enough your legs will give way and you, along with your dreams will come crashing to the floor. You will then have to drag yourself out of the rubble of all the opportunities you never took, the waste of all the time you let slip away or you’ll wither and die with your purpose unfilled. Don’t do that to yourself.

There is a greatness in you, you are the perfect person to see these dreams through. Only you can breathe life into them. It’s your power they need, no-one else’s. Stop overloading yourself with how everybody else has done it. It needs to be done your way. You only really need to know what it is you are going to do and the basic steps you need to take today. What is it you need to know to do what you need to today? Yes, there will be mistakes made. If you don’t make mistakes then I would seriously doubt you are pushing yourself to your true potential.

We need to make our mistakes, they are our greatest lessons. Learning from our mistakes and picking ourselves back up from a fail is how we strengthen our greatness. Stop standing still, keep moving forward and step into your greatness. Your dreams await.
